In 2012 we opened a dedicated office in Haining, 2 hours south of Shanghai. There we employ 10 people across customer service, logistic and quality control roles.
We have invested upwards of $3.5 Million in creating a secure supply chain for our customers. We identify the future trends and partner with you to deliver great designs and value for your business.
At Sofa Source we follow a due diligence approach when it comes to complying to regulation and standards in the markets we operate in and sell to.
We have a central compliance database accessible to all relevant team members to view and access certificates for customers. This database includes a record of certificates and validation and expiry dates, including UKFR, performance tests, social audits, FSC certification and EUTR maps and documents.
We ensure all our compliance requirements adhere to all laws and regulations while also monitoring trends happening in the furniture industry so we can ensure our products are always in compliance with regulation and standards.

Since our first International tradeshow in Singapore in March 2012, Sofa Source has reached our customers with new and innovative designs globally, exhibiting at 10 different international shows nearly 60 times over the years.
