Our housekeeping department works around your employees' varying work schedules and pays special attention to the safety and hygiene of the accommodations. From a personal greeting card during arrival, to a door hanger to let us know who is sleeping, we work hard so that your staff perceives offshore life with a positive outlook.

Sodexo’s cleaning and disinfecting procedures meet the most stringent international standards. Our technicians use the latest innovations in disinfection, with the ultimate goal of avoiding the spread of bacteria and ensuring the health and safety of all the residents. Laundry Our Laundry department works in concert with our housekeeping department to provide efficient laundry services; depending on the number of people on board, we run a 24-hour operation that fulfils all onboard laundry needs including bed linen, towels, uniforms and personal clothing.

The safety of the onsite laundry facility is our number one priority and we train our staff according to our ISO 9001:2008 certified work procedures to ensure the highest quality standards.

We have fully adapted our services to the demands of the Gulf of Mexico offshore industry and have the team and tools in place to provide you services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We operate a full in-house supply chain department with a warehouse centrally located in Louisiana. Our warehouse is complete with 48,000 sq ft of dry goods storage, 2,700 sq ft of cooler storage and 6,500 sq ft of freezer storage. It has 24 docks with chilled loading bays where we pack all containers for delivery.

Our supply chain services are designed with the efficiency and flexibility you need to ensure that your offshore sites are fully stocked with everything your workers need anytime, anywhere. Their wellbeing is critical to their performance and it is our priority to provide you with the quality food products you expect, in compliance with the strictest safety procedures.

PROCUREMENT Our customers benefit from the national account pricing we leverage through the contracts we have established with the most important manufacturers in the United States as well as local sources for fresh produce and specific products. In addition, all our vendors must comply with the strict guidelines of our certified ISO 9001:2008 management system. We conduct quality audits based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements to ensure we are providing you with the best products.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our Supply Chain Services are designed to respond to the ever-changing needs of the offshore industry in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our goal is to provide your offshore workforce the best quality of life on board. Our customer service department supports the Site Managers to answer any questions regarding orders, quotes, tracking, QHSE and more.

To ensure that our operations are not disrupted due to power failures, we are equipped with onsite generators and have agreements with back up suppliers, in addition to a robust emergency contact procedure supported by Sodexo’s IT center near Buffalo, New York.

DELIVERIES Our fleet delivers to several docks throughout the Gulf of Mexico and our logistics team is close to the dispatchers and rig manager to optimize the current delivery process or hot-shot requests.

Our ISO 9001:2008 certified management system allows for operational improvements in order to prevent interruption of the cold chain during the transportation of groceries while optimizing our product traceability.
