Stonepark Day When: TBD Where: Stonepark Clubhouse & Tennis Court Time: TBD Event Description: As a way to unite the neighborhood, Social Committee presents Stonepark Day! We will be hosting a block party consisting of music, food trucks, bazaar market, and fun activities for all!

Volume Control Please be considerate of your neighbors all around and keep TV, music, pets, walking & voices at a polite level 24/7. Your neighbors may have different work & sleep schedules and will greatly appreciate the peace.

Winter Months During winter month, pipes will burst during freezing temperatures. Please open sink cabinets to allow warm air to flow around pipes and let your sink faucets trickle overnight.

Operating Fireplace Always operate with a spark screen & grate in place.

Gather the 3 essential fuels to prepare for ignition.

OPEN THE FLUE DAMPER! The damper is the door between the fireplace firebox & the chimney flue (passageway to outside). By opening the damper, it allows the smoke & fumes to exhaust out of the home to the outdoors. ONLY close the damper once the fire is out and the coals have stopped smoking.

Set-up logs, kindling & tinder using the upside-down fire method.

Light the kindling & be on the watch for smoke spillage.

Keep watch of the fireplace, be safe & enjoy!
