It’s a bag of empty rhetoric

We are crucial to maintaining standards and protecting children (well our big salaries actually)
We are very sorry for any harm but what we do is vital to how things operate (it’s not)
We recognise when things could have been better and are fully focused on putting them right (we won’t)
Your wellbeing is our utmost priority and we fully support your campaign (until something more prominent comes along, #we will drop you like a ton of bricks)
We have nothing to hide that’s why we have attended this hearing (no comment)
Diversity in middle management is a priority we just need more staff coming up through the ranks (we won’t promote you)
We need to hear more voices like yours (shut up)
We are making significant changes to pave the way to clearer climates (not a cat in hell’s chance)
