Leadership Team Mr. Jesus Lall is a distinguished educationist and a leading voice in India’s contemporary education landscape. Widely recognised for pioneering transformative concepts such as day-boarding schools and the integration of digital tools in classrooms, he has consistently redefined modern learning environments.

A strong advocate for innovation in pedagogy, Mr. Lall has championed the integration of technology to enhance both access and quality in education. His leadership extends beyond academics into public policy engagement and philanthropy, including his association with charitable initiatives such as the Terry Fox Foundation.

Leadership Team Mr. R. K. Lawande, popularly known as Bhushan, is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of expertise in business consulting. A science graduate with a background in management and law, he specialises in capability building, corporate training, talent management, and industry-academia integration.

Mr. Lawande started his career in the paints and retail sectors and went on to establish his business in consulting and corporate training practice. He has played an important role in setting up several learning academies across 9 industries and 11 verticals.

His notable contributions include introducing barcoding in Indian retail at Learn Work Network

Garware Supermarket in 1989, implementing satellite-based education via SINET in 1991 for the GOI-AIMA pilot, and developing sales, retail, and service academy programs for brands like Airtel and Vodafone. Mr. Lawande has also led learning initiatives for Gillette, PepsiCo, HUL, Godrej, and others.

As co-founder of E4 Development & Coaching Ltd., he has developed benchmark programs and hosts the E4 MBA Summer Trainee Awards, recognising top talent across India.

Leadership Team Prin. Sunil B. Mantri is a distinguished educationist and academic leader with over four decades of experience shaping institutions and strengthening academic excellence. With more than 30 years in teaching—including 22 years as Principal—he brings deep insight into both pedagogy and institutional leadership.

He formerly served as Principal of SVKM’s Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai, from where he took voluntary retirement after an impactful tenure marked by academic rigour and progressive governance.

His expertise lies in academic administration, quality enhancement frameworks, institutional system-building, and accreditation processes. Known for establishing structured, outcome-driven academic ecosystems, Prin. Mantri has consistently contributed to elevating institutional standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Leadership Team Dr. R. Kamatchi brings over 25 years of teaching and administrative experience from premier institutes in Mumbai. With 95 journal publications and over 60 papers presented at national and international conferences, she is a prolific contributor to advanced computing research.

She has co-authored seven books and conducted numerous sessions for students and faculty on cutting-edge topics.

An IRCA-certified lead auditor and a board member at reputed universities, Dr. Kamatchi has guided doctoral research in deep learning, wireless sensor networks, social media analytics, and cloud security. She is on the editorial board of several peer-reviewed journals and is an invited reviewer for journals such as Interscience and Science Direct.

A member of prestigious forums such as CSI, ISTE, and IEANG, Dr. Kamatchi has chaired sessions at international conferences and delivered keynote addresses across diverse domains, solidifying her position as a thought leader in science and technology.

Application Form: Visit our website and fill out the application form, with academic details, eligibility and scholarship details.

The application fee is ₹1000.

Test: Students must take the USTU Test. However, if you have taken any National/State-level Examinations, like the MHCET/CUET entrance test, with a valid score and want us to consider your test scores, you can skip the USTU Test.

Evaluation: The admissions committee will evaluate your application based on academic excellence, performance in competitive/USTU exams, extracurricular initiatives, and leadership roles.

Admission Offer: Once evaluated, you will receive the final admission offer.

Confirm Your Admission: Secure your seat by paying the fees as mentioned in your offer letter within 15 days from the date of offer.

Entrance Test A proctored test evaluates skills required for Management at USTU. However, the test is optional if you’ve already appeared for MHCET/CUET or any other recognised National/State-level exam.
