Dr. R. Kamatchi brings over 25 years of teaching and administrative experience from premier institutes in Mumbai. With 95 journal publications and over 60 papers presented at national and international conferences, she is a prolific contributor to advanced computing research. She has co-authored seven books and conducted numerous sessions for students and faculty on cutting-edge topics.

An IRCA-certified lead auditor and a board member at reputed universities, Dr. Kamatchi has guided doctoral research in deep learning, wireless sensor networks, social media analytics, and cloud security. She is on the editorial board of several peer-reviewed journals and is an invited reviewer for journals such as Interscience and Science Direct.
A member of prestigious forums such as CSI, ISTE, and IEANG, Dr. Kamatchi has chaired sessions at international conferences and delivered keynote addresses across diverse domains, solidifying her position as a thought leader in science and technology.
Leadership Team
R. K. Lawande, popularly known as Bhushan, is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of expertise in business consulting. A science graduate with a background in management and law, he specialises in capability building, corporate training, talent management, and industry-academia integration.
Mr. Lawande started his career in the paints and retail sectors and went on to establish his business in consulting and corporate training practice. He has played an important role in setting up several learning academies across 9 industries and 11 verticals.
Learn Work Network
His notable contributions include introducing barcoding in Indian retail at Garware Supermarket in 1989, implementing satellite-based education via SINET in 1991 for the GOI-AIMA pilot, and developing sales, retail, and service academy programmes for brands like Airtel and Vodafone. Bhushan has also led learning initiatives for Gillette, PepsiCo, HUL, Godrej, and others.
As co-founder of E4 Development & Coaching Ltd., he has developed benchmark programmes and hosts the E4 MBA Summer Trainee Awards, recognising top talent across India.

Test:
Students must take the USTU Test. However, if you have taken any National/State-level Examinations, like the MHCET/CUET entrance test, with a valid score and want us to consider your test scores, you can skip the USTU Test.
Evaluation:
The admissions committee will evaluate your application based on academic excellence, performance in competitive/USTU exams, extracurricular initiatives, and leadership roles.

Academics

Entrance Test
A proctored test evaluates skills required for Management at USTU. However, the test is optional if you’ve already appeared for MHCET/CUET or any other recognised National/State-level exam.
