Recent Posts By Others 2nd Company: IT Consultancy Company came in College with a quite good package. That day I was not prepared. Process started with Group Discussion. A group was made of 11 students. I didn't speak too much & I was out after the GD Round.

3rd Company: I remember was from Telecom Internet provider. I missed the great opportunity as I didn't clear the written process. It was a time game.

Maximum questions were to be solved in less time. So a competition was high & I didn't clear the cut off. I was disappointed that day because I was aware of the work culture & corporate environment of this company.

4th Company: It was a tower company. It was a good brand with handsome package. Expectations were high that day. Groups were made. Numbers were high in each group. I remember, we were 13 students in one group & topic was on Cricket. I was a chaos. I was out of the league after the results were announced.

5th Company: Telecom Service Provider was in campus. They conducted two written test. I cleared the first one. But I didn't clear the second one.

Companies came & hired students. Before me, more than 50% of students were placed. But patience gives your gift at a right time.

6th Company: It was post lunch time & everyone were busy in recollecting their telecom & VAS knowledge. We had a healthy competition. VAS word was very familiar for us as people from various domains talked about VAS only. So aspirations were high. The company process started with GD Discussion. We were divided into 4 Groups. The topic of discussion was “work policy of 5 days or 6 days�. Discussion started slow and caught the speed soon. In the whole discussion, I only made 3 points.

What I understand from all GD'S I attended: Be an initiator.

Give a chance to others Make only valid points.

Facilitator makes an eye on each & everyone.

Ability to work in a team Communication skills Leadership skills Luckily, I was shortlisted out of 44 or 45 Students. 21 people were shortlisted for interview round. There was a panel of 4 Interviewers. We all got a chance to interact with all.
