Recent Posts By Others was handling, challenges I faced during internship and I overcame them.

They asked me about my previous work experiences.

And then the question arose- Why Telecom??? , why not IT as my prior experience was in IT and it was mentioned in my resume. So the question popped up for this.

Answering to this question made me lead them to ask current affairs in Telecom industry.

The interview was going like a bonded chain in which my each answer was leading to a new question.

They asked me why BITM- My answer was honest enough to impress them hence leading them to ask questions related to my core subjects.

They went deep inside Telecom subjects and asked questions related to eTOM model, Telecom billing process, OSS/BSS, Telecom value chain etc.

Panel was very happy to see the course structure of our course.

The interview went for 45 minutes including questions from every part of my life, my past work experience, my certifications, my aim of life, my knowledge in current telecom scenario, some puzzles etc. They informed me about my profile they were looking for. It was the exact one which I use to dream (telecom expert). That made me so off-the-cuff that I didn't even bother to ask about the compensation part. I thought that's the chance I should grab today.

In the end of interview they had some humorous chat with me.

Coming out of the video conference I was not having the result in my hand still I was looking happy and satisfied from my performance. I was satisfied that everything I did was in account today.

After some days I got a call from HR and had telephonic interview.

The final round was a cake walk as I was already drilled by 4 telecom experts.

Now it was telephonic one and they didn't disclosed me how many panel members were present.

The questions that were asked related to1. Introduce yourself 2. What do you know about the company?

3. What do you know about the profile? Has the previous panel told you about the profile. Any questions related to that?

5. Are you willing to relocate/travel?

6. What do want to be? Where do you see yourself 5 years down the line in our company?

It was the shortest interview I had witness by now which wrapped up in 15 minutes. Due to this I had become more nervous but by now I had done my part and was waiting for the results. In the end of conversation HR confirmed me the result. Finally there were three selections from Sri Balaji Society.

I was selected as Associate specialist in Telecom billing-IT Datacenter.

So here is today completing one year in the same company in Chennai far away from my hometown but yes happy with my work and still learningggggggg.
