After the game, however, things took a turn for the worse for Ronaldo. The striker was in a group with his team-mates in the middle of the park, when multiple pitch invaders ran up to him. Ronaldo posed for a selfie with one, before security dragged him away. The second, however, ran straight at the forward and grabbed him by the shoulder from behind. Security wrestled him off, but Ronaldo did well to stay upright after being hoisted backwards. It wasn’t the first time in the evening that Ronaldo was the target of pitch invaders, either.
