Prospector Village Market Update
Dear Prospector Village residents,
As your trusted real estate advisor, I wanted to provide an update on recent sales in our community As of April 13, 2023, there have been two sold residential properties in Prospector Village in the past six months, with a median sale price of $1,085,000
The first property was located at 90B Wildernest Court, and it sold for $970,000 on October 18, 2022, after being on the market for 68 days This three-bedroom, twobathroom unit featured a one-car garage and had a living area of 1,510 square feet. The sale price equated to $64238 per square foot
The second property, located at 70 Wildernest Court, sold for $1,200,000 on March 10, 2023, after just three days on the market This four-bedroom, two-and-a-halfbathroom unit featured a two-car garage and had a living area of 1,990 square feet. The sale price equated to $60302 per square foot
