The NEXT Architecture and Design draws inspiration from the 30-foot-tall Eyeball Sculpture in Dallas, Texas. Incorporating its distinctive details such as dark colors, organic curves, and a cohesive design, our team creates functional and inviting spaces.
1st Floor Mezzanine
Custom reception desk located directly adjacent to the elevator lobby for immediate point-of-contact, accompanied by lounge chair seating designed for comfort and relaxation. The reception area also features strategically placed carpet tiles with contrasting colors to guide visitors and enhance accessibility.
In the client presentation room, a monitor facilitates seamless connectivity for both in-office and remote employees, complemented by custom acoustic ceiling panels for enhanced sound quality and personal storage cubbies to accommodate individual belongings.
The breakroom features custom ceiling panels designed to absorb and reduce noise, creating a peaceful environment. Large windows allow natural light to filter in, promoting a positive atmosphere that enhances mood and productivity.
Design a boutique hotel based in a central city area, including a restaurant, spa, cafe, apartment suites, guest rooms, and a rooftop bar, while working as a team.

The hotel lobby pays tribute to Greek elegance with its stunning design inspired by Greek architecture. The space is adorned with large crystal chandeliers, creating an opulent atmosphere that exudes luxury. Reception
Inspired by the legendary creature, the Griffin. The color scheme reflects sun-kissed skies and treasures protected by the mythical beast, creating a magical and inviting atmosphere with rich golden finishes and intricate details.
Situated in the lobby, draws inspiration from the legendary Bigfoot creature. The cafe features a forest green color scheme with light neutral accents, creating a grounding atmosphere.
Inspired by the mythical Phoenix, is a sanctuary of rejuvenation. Complete with changing rooms, treatment rooms, a sauna, and gym, Resurgence Spa is the perfect place to relax and indulge.
Inspired by fairies, this guestroom design captures nature’s enchanting essence, with carefully curated elements that promise a magical stay where dreams come alive.
Inspired by the Unicorn, the apartments consist of a light, neutral color palette that exhibits a relaxing and welcoming environment for the residents at the Odyssey.
Inspired by the same allurement of sirens, the rooftop bar creates an under-sea ambiance with celestial views, glass ceilings, textured walls, and contrasting colors.
The rooftop lounge offers an unique experience with an alluring glow. The lounge captures the mysterious and captivating essence of sirens, inviting guest to indulge in an immersive experience.
To optimize the experience for patients and staff by promoting safety, privacy, and accessibility through LEAN design, leading to efficient appointments, reduced wait times, and streamlined patient journeys.

The nurse station design includes lockable storage for secure storage of sensitive patient information and medical supplies, with two access points for easy and secure entry. This design promotes efficient work flows, seamless communication, and prioritizes patient privacy and confidentiality.

Bright colors and curved design elements are used to create a lively atmosphere for relaxation. Lockers offer secure storage for belongings, promoting peace of mind and convenience.
Inspired by the classic jukebox design of the 1950s. Designed for commercial spaces, this bench features a distinct wave-like shape for comfort and support. Formica laminate, including Envision laminate for custom images, is integral to the bench’s design.
The Fall Lantern Lamp is designed with nature in mind, using wooden circles and fall-colored leaves to mimic sunlight peeking through the trees.
