Gwinnett Tech thinking outside the box

When it comes to economic development, workforce development and continuing education, the Technical College System of Georgia and Gwinnett Technical College are constantly thinking outside the box. The Take Ten Program is one of those creative innovative ways GTC does so. Our Take Ten/Apprenticeship Program work together to prepare future work force and to ensure economic success in our service area. Both are designed to prepare a competitive workforce in the Gwinnett and North Fulton Communities.

The innovative faculty and staff of the Gwinnett Technical College Adult Education Department provide exceptional educational programs that develop 21st Century skills and are responsive to the individual needs of the learner. Manuel Bueno is just one example. Not having a High School Diploma, he enrolled in Gwinnett Tech’s Adult Education Program to earn his High School Equivalency Degree.
