After first-year success, Family Fun Day at T.W. Briscoe Park is back
The first ever Family Fun Day at Briscoe Park in 2022 was such a success that SPRD decided to make it an annual event! The 2023 Family Fun Day will be held April 22 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Briscoe Park in Snellville.
Admission for this event is free!
There will be multiple main course food trucks along with a dessert food truck. Snellville Police Department and Gwinnett Fire will be on sight along with other Snellville departments and churches. Briscoe Park youth athletic groups along with other vendors will have booths set up with fun activities. There will also be face painting, inflatables, games and more.
Videos highlighting Parks and Recreation offerings now available
Snellville Parks and Recreation is always looking for ways to get the word out to the public about Briscoe Park and its various leagues, programs, events and activities. Parks officials wanted to find a way for the community to participate in a “virtual tour” of Briscoe Park and its programs so they created five informational videos.
The videos consist of “Welcome to T.W. Briscoe Park,” “Youth and Adult Recreation,” “Rental Facilities” “Briscoe Pool” and “Tennis.”
