2. RECIEVE CREDENTIALS Verify you have recieved login credentials via email from OneAlerts@smsassist.com. Please call 866-663-0866 for further help with your login credentials.

3. GET TRAINED Log in to the ONE by SMS Assist Affiliate Portal. First, complete the Quick Tour and register for a training webinar. On the back of this card, jot down the date and time of the session you have chosen.
4. ENGAGE YOUR TECHNICIANS It is crucial that your technicians check in and out of every work order assigned to your organization using the ONE by SMS Assist Mobile App. SMS University offers training for your technicians to keep your ONE Mobile App compliance rate high and enable you to be paid quickly and accurately for every completed job.
