We are standing at the threshold of a new and exciting era in St. Mildred’s-Lightbourn School history; an era in which limitless potential is helping to shape our shared future. As we have been innovating and evolving, we embark now on a new strategic plan that will lead us boldly through the next decade.
The path to Aspire 2029 has been a thorough and consultative process led by our Board of Governors, Head of School and Strategic Leadership Team, with invaluable and expert guidance from Berlineaton Management Consultants. We express our deepest appreciation to everyone in the SMLS community who has contributed their time, effort, and wisdom to this plan. The passion and dedication that has been poured into this plan provide an infallible foundation on which we will continue to fulfill our mission and build a community where young women are empowered to challenge and transform the world.
