The Agneau de Lozère PGI lamb comes from the Blanche du Massif Central breed Lozere lamb is born and raised on the same farm and continues to be raised by the same husbandry The lambs are not taken from their mothers and are cared for by them until they are weaned naturally. Their diet consists primarily of grass, forage, and cereals.
Pyrenean Origin. Exclusive, GPI, and Red Label Manech and Basco-Bearnais breeds. Full breeding at the same farm, "sous la mere" (only milk-fed, no other vegetal content) until 45 days old Melty texture, pink-white meat with a light taste compared to grass-fed lambs

Ibaiama pork is a cross-bred pig (large white Duroc-Pietrain) from the Basque region Born, raised outdoors, and slaughtered in Pays Basque at a 9-month-old minimum. Traditional feeding is mainly made up of corn, wheat, and barley. Guaranteed: no GMOs or animal flour.
