The primary objective of this studio project was to create living spaces tailored for individuals relocating from Mumbai to Surat for employment within the diamond industry. The design of the residences was based on the occupants' preferences for a luxurious lifestyle. The client envisioned a complex comprising approximately 190 to 200 flats, a mix of 3BHK and 4BHK units. Additionally, the design called for amenities such as volleyball and cricket courts, a children's play area, and a clubhouse within the premises.
Given the studio's emphasis on realism, adherence to the prevailing rules and regulations in the real estate domain was paramount. The design was meticulously crafted to align with the latest guidelines outlined in the GDCR (General Development Control Regulations).
