Practitioner, with a history of serving federal employees. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach, and Reiki Master.
With over ten years of workplace wellness experience at places such as NASA, NIH, FDA, DEA, and DC Government, she is excited to share her insights in this panel discussion.
