In an eerie reminder of what took place in Santa Monica four years ago, a 79-year-old man drove into a busy farmers’ market here on Thursday, striking an awning after dozens of shoppers managed to jump out of his way. There were no reported injuries after Wade Houston reportedly drove past a temporary street barricade and struck an awning, a van and light pole before coming to a stop, FOX 11 News reported.
