SMCC’s Advocacy Resource Center’s mission is to empower students to resolve psychosocial stressors and meet basic needs to sustain academic success.

The Captain’s Cupboard is a student-run food pantry located at SMCC for students and their families.

COUNSELING SERVICES

SMCC partners with Sweester to provide counseling services to our students at convenient locations throughout the area.

The Center offers specialized individual and small group tutoring sessions for English language learners.

LEARNING COMMONS

The Learning Commons integrates the Library, Tutoring, and the Writing Center in comfortable and active learning spaces and provides support to reach academic goals.
