Fleet and lease customers can now experience a new, safe, convenient and rapid end-of-term service with SMA’s on and off-site vehicle Inspection Services. A zero tolerance inspection is carried out where fleet managers can view all detail, images and guaranteed repair costs online to move vehicles swiftly through the remarketing process to maximise value. If required, the inspection can also provide Key for Key handovers, with collection and delivery of a new vehicle simultaneously.
Document Storage Storing and managing key vehicle documents are time consuming processes, which can now be outsourced with SMA’s electronic storage service. The SMA team can also manage the involved procedures connected with parking and speeding fines. 2
Single Vehicle Movements The new SMA Support Services division has also alleviated another time consuming task highlighted by Leasing Managers, with the introduction of single vehicle collections services through their UK-wide specialist plate driver team with a choice of operations tailored to requirements ‘point to point’ or ‘hub and spoke’.
