Puff Pastry Galettes ~Recipes~ with Caramelized Onions, Grilled Pears & Asparagus with Primiticcio Cheese Sauce Serves 4

Ingredients:

-- 200g thawed puff pastry -- 2 tbsp olive oil -- 1 large onion, finely sliced -- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Method: Roll out the puff pastry to 5mm. Cut out 4 x 15cm discs. Prick all over
