Winter Warmth Our Autumn has been a bit more like a Summer…

So hoping for some cooler weather and with it recipes that make us feel like staying home and cuddling up.

Substantial foods that are very nutritious and packed with deep flavours. Both can be prepared ahead and both freeze well…so if you make a big batch, you will have some saved up for when you are running late but still feel like some ‘warm’ hearty food made with love!

Lentil & Beef Soup

Serves 6-8 people

Ingredients:

Method:

-- Beef for soups– 500 Grams

1. Wash the lentils, and soak overnight

Autumn is a beautiful season. The air gets cooler, the leaves start to brown, and the kids are back in school! As this season is well underway, here is a healthy dessert you can treat your kids with, to complement their school packed lunch, or as an after dinner treat.

Ingredients:
