-- 1 Aubergine -- 2 Cloves garlic -- 1 tbsp Olive oil -- 1 x 400g Tin Tesco Chickpeas in water, drained -- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt -- 1 tbsp Tahini paste -- Juice of ½ lemon -- Good glug olive oil -- Salt & pepper to taste -- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
