he winter, spring, summer of my discontent. Once again, like the proverbial diamond in the rough, or hidden gem, the O.C. at large fails to recognize depth and beauty within its boundaries and squarely within reach. Ok, maybe the diamond analogy doesn’t apply given how many here are tuned into bling and the great lengths taken to attain it.



Here in the land of so much superficiality, so much excess and access, so much potential, the social and cultural awareness continuously seems to focus on the surface. This isn’t some revolutionary insight, it’s permeated the ‘take’ on Orange County for two, three and four decades.
