“T

HE INTENT OF THIS DESIGN IS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE SITE AND ITS’ SURROUNDING NATURE PRESERVE BY PROVIDING VIEWS TO THE NORTH AND ANCHORING THE BUILDING WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE, WHILE PROVIDING USERS WITH A FACILITY THAT IS BOTH CONTEMPORARY AND ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIVE.

Those statistics were then carried over into a LEED assesment to see where the project stood.
