A socket is an outlet for plugging in DVD players and coffee machines. It takes a switch to turn electricity on and off. A circuit is a full loop of electricity, with cables and sockets, etc. A fuse breaks if too much power flows through the circuit. An earth wire is green. To get electricity for a lamp you insert a plug in the socket. An electric meter registers how much electricity you use. A conduit is a plastic tube used for wiring inside walls. A junction box is a closed box where wires can be connected. A cable clip holds cables together.

cities. We have been an American state since 1858. Canada is north of Minnesota and to the east you have the Great Lakes. Enough of Geography and History now. Oh, I forgot to tell you that my husband, Bill, runs an electric firm. His company helped to install the electricity in The Mall of America
