Kommer du ihåg att ändelsen -ed i imperfekt av regelbundna verb uttalas [d] efter tonande ljud men [t] efter tonlösa ljud? Alla vokaler är tonande liksom de flesta konsonanter. Tonlösa ljud är [f, k, p, t, s, ß]. Efter [d] och [t] uttalas -ed [îd] . Skriv de här verben från unit 1 i rätt spalt:

PERFEKT – ETT TEMPUS (UNIT 18) I unit 18 finns exempel på perfektformer: Many of them have made crowns ..., And many of them have painted ... , They have come ... , summer has come, When he has finished... Tillsammans med tredje temaformen av ett verb använder man have eller has beroende på vilken person subjektet är. Alla gånger som ett oregelbundet verb har dykt upp i texterna har verbets tema stått inom parentes i gloslistan, t.ex.:(ride/rode/ridden) eller (swim/swam/swum). Om man sätter have eller has framför den tredje temaformen bildar man alltså perfekt. Det är viktigt att lära sig tema på de oregelbundna verben. De regelbundna är ett mindre problem eftersom de ju alltid slutar på –ed. Öva så här: Simon is going to make a crown, but Emily has already made one. 1.
