Rooted in Jesuit ideals, the Doisy College of Health Sciences serves humanity through education, research and engagement.

VISION

The Doisy College of Health Sciences discovers and disseminates knowledge, graduating healthcare professionals who provide holistic, compassionate care driving positive change in the world.

ABOUT DCHS

Since its start in 1929, the Doisy College of Health Sciences has provided students with the tools and education to become well-prepared healthcare professionals. The school boasts modern labs including a gait lab, culinary lab, diagnostic lab, a simulated medical office suite and exam rooms and media labs.

Doisy College of Health Sciences is located in the heart of SLU’s Medical Center, which is home to the Saint Louis University School of Medicine, College for Public Health and Social Justice, Center for Advanced Dental Education, School of Nursing and Saint Louis University Hospital. DCHS offers healthcare education at the baccalaureate, master’s, doctoral and professional levels.
