FOOD PANTRY DISTRIBUTION Next Saturday, May 8th from 9:00-11:00 AM Our Food Pantry serves the community on the second Saturday of each month; but if there is ever an emergency need for food, please contact the church office Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. @ 757-628-6543, and we will make arrangements with our Food Pantry Ministry for you to pickup some food.

We are practicing this abiding in Christ as we worship together, with the hope that it will continue after the benediction is pronounced and the postlude ends. Cultivating habits for lifelong worship is a part of what we do when we gather for worship – however we gather these days.

From you comes my praise in the great congregation; my vows I will pay before those who worship the Lord.

The poor shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek the Lord shall praise the Lord!

May your hearts live forever.

As we offer our gifts and ourselves to you, help us turn away from other calls and abide in that place of heart’s deepest desire: in your Son, Jesus, and he in us. In Christ, we pray. Amen.
