Autumn Healing

Lung Qi resides in our lungs. Visualize a white light to represent your truth and set aside time to reflect, detox, create your vision. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) recommends cleansing in Autumn including herbs, acupuncture, massage, sauna, dry brushing, exercise, breath work, yoga, and food instruction.
