As we head into the final quarter of 2021, I continue to be both amazed and proud of the strong performance of our Slifer Smith & Frampton (SSF) team here in the Roaring Fork Valley. In this fast-paced, competitive market, we are team players with like-minded objectives and goals who love to collaborate and offer each other support. Strong demand and low inventory continue to drive prices up across the Roaring Fork Valley, and luxury sales are strong and moving faster than ever before. In the past 100 days, we have closed 32 sales for homes between $515 million with only 196 days on market—about half the number of this time last year. We are proud to announce the total sellout of Electric Pass Lodge in Snowmass Base Village with an average sale price of nearly $2 million at $1,600 per-squarefoot. And let’s just say there is nothing “average” about the $12 million-dollar average sale price of a single-family home in Aspen. Prices are still rising from Aspen all the way to Glenwood Springs and beyond to New Castle, with prices per-square-foot and average sales prices climbing across all markets. We look forward to finishing strong with a promising fourth quarter and to do our part to keep everyone healthy for a successful winter season in Aspen.
