Tuition Payment Plans 2017-2018

St Luke’s Episcopal School provides deferred tuition payment options through FACTS Management Company to offer convenient, flexible and secure online access to individual account information for our families.

A Sensible Plan

FACTS is the leading tuition payment plan provider for educational institutions. This is not a loan program.

Simple Steps to enroll in a payment plan online: https://Online.factsmgt.com/signin/45DLZ 1. You will first need to create an online account 2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link 3. Select the school year for which you will be paying 4. Complete the steps as prompted

Payment Dates & Plans: You may choose either 5th or 20th as your scheduled payment date. You may choose to pay in full or schedule your payments through a convenient payment plan. The monthly tuition payment option requires enrollment through FACTS.

Convenient Online Enrollment

Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) ACH payments are those payments you have authorized FACTS to process directly through your financial institution. It is simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved from either your checking or savings account on the 5th of each month or the 20th of the month prior to your due date. Your payments are processed

through a secure electronic funds transfer.

Families NEW to FACTS will receive an email from FACTS with your ONLINE REGISTRATION CODE and UNIQUE CODE NUMBERS to set up your payment plan. Enrolling online is simple and secure.

Be sure to have the following information ready: •

The name, street address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.

Account information for the person responsible for payment: bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number. (No fee accessed)

Credit card account number, expiration date, and security code. (2.75% convenience fee accessed)

Credit Card

If you elect to use this option, your payment, along with a 2 . 7 5 % convenience fee will be automatically charged on the 5th of each month or the 20th of the month prior to your due date to your credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, VISA, or Discover are accepted). The convenience fee is in additional charge to your credit card. Paying with your credit card gives you the option of taking advantage of various bonus programs offered by your credit card company.

Personal Check Checks can be sent directly to St Luke’s by the 15th of the month for your annual payment.

Before you click the Submit button, please carefully read through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. Notification confirming your enrollment in a FACTS payment plan will be sent to you.

Families with EXISTING FACTS payment plan account will receive an email from FACTS as a Preference Verification Letter with account balances and options to change information already stored with FACTS. Families will also have the option to elect to have Peace of Mind Insurance offered by FACTS. If you have questions about enrolling in FACTS, please contact the school at (210) 826-0664. Once you have a FACTS plan set up, you may contact FACTS directly at (866)441-4637 or view your agreement online through MYFACTS Account. To access MYFACTS, follow the instructions located on the FACTS Confirmation Notification or e-mail. FACTS customer service representatives are available Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am to 7:00 pm (CT) and Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Frequently Asked Questions

When and what time will the funds be withdrawn from my bank account?

FACTS transacts each payment on the specified date (5th or 20th). Banks may complete the ACH debit to your account as early as 12:01 am, so it is your responsibility to be sure funds are available in your account to ensure the automatic payment clears. If a payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the payment will be transacted the following business day. Check with your bank for more specific details.

How will I be notified of my payment information?

Once your agreement is finalized in the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation notification of your payment amount by e-mail or letter in approximately 10 days. Payments will be processed until the total balance is paid in full.

What if FACTS attempts to process my payment without enough funds in my account?

If an automatic bank payment or credit card payment is returned, a $30.00 FACTS Returned Payment Fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by FACTS of the returned payment via mail or e-mail. For payment scheduled for the 5th of the month, the reattempt will occur on the 20th and for payment scheduled for the 20th, the reattempt will occur on the 5th of the following month. All payments more than 10 days late will be assessed a $50.00 late fee by St. Luke’s Episcopal School.

What about enrollment in the FACTS payment plan in future years?

The FACTS payment plan enables the school to automatically reenroll families in payment plans over successive years, saving time for both your family and the school office. Should your tuition payments be made through FACTS the following year, you would be notified in advance by the school via email notification from FACTS.

How will I pay other expenses at the school?

You will receive a notice from FACTS for items such as technology fee, after school care fees, lost library books, etc. payment may be mailed to the school or paid online through FACTS .

Does FACTS offer a tuition insurance plan?

Yes, for an additional $17.00 annual fee, families can secure their children’s tuition in the event of the death of the responsible party. It is called the Peace of Mind Benefit.

Can I change my payment plan option during the school year?
