Revamp Your Sleep Time Sleep is as much as an important requirement of our body as food and happiness. A night of healthy sleep equals to healthy body and mind and thus better performance and positive attitude. A sleep-deprived mind can never focus well and the body too starts to lose energy and efforts. Thus a good night sleep should never be compromised or ignored for every living person, especially for growing age kids and aged people. As we enter into a deep sleep, our body starts secreting certain hormones, which repairs our body and help it grow and work efficiently. Even the ant aging mechanism works well during the night, improving our skin. There are various factors which can either improve or disturb our sleep and can thus affect our lifestyle. Here are the few tips to make your sleep period more comfortable – Follow a time-table - Having a fixed routine of sleeping and waking sets the biological clock of your body and prepares it accordingly. It helps to get you better sleep every time. Light adjustments - Always switch off the lights while you sleep, so that your body gets a clear indication of sleeping. Also, use thick curtains to avoid outside lights to disturb you. Noise adjustment - Always try to sleep in a peaceful environment. Either, sleep when your whole family is sleeping or close the door and request them not to disturb you while you sleep.
