Play Zone: The front half of the gym will be set up with toys and equipment for ages 6mo-7, the back half of the fieldhouse will have sports equipment for ages 8-12.

Children 7 and under must be directly supervised at all times, children 8-11 years of age must have a responsible adult 16+yrs available in the facility.

Multi-Sport: This is an open gym time for all ages. 2-3 sports can be occurring at the same time. This is first come, first serve. Options are: badminton, pickleball, volleyball, basketball & half gym soccer.

No full gym soccer will be allowed during this time.

Children 7 and under must be directly supervised at all times, children 8-11 years of age must have a responsible adult 16+yrs available in the facility.

Family Multi-Sport: This is a dedicated time for families to come and play in the fieldhouse. Choose from badminton, pickleball, basketball and soccer. Children must be accompanied by an adult 18+ years to attend.

Free Public Skate: Open to all ages, come out for a skate with friends, family or co-workers. No sticks or pucks. Thank you to all of our sponsors Parent & Tot Scrimmage: This is a time for children under 6 years of age to come out with a responsible adult 16+ and have a fun, non-competitive scrimmage. Adults need to be on the ice with the child.

Gloves and a CSA approved helmet is mandatory, all other equipment is highly recommended.

Youth Scrimmage: Come out to practice your skills in a fun, non-competitive and informal game setting.

CSA approved helmets are mandatory, full equipment is highly recommended.

Adult Stick & Puck: This is a time to practice your skills in a non-game setting. Helmets & gloves are mandatory. 18+yrs Parent & Tot: Come out to teach your little ones to skate. Open to parents with tots aged 6yrs and under. Helmets strongly recommended. No Sticks or pucks Adult Shinny: Must be 18+yrs, full equipment is mandatory.

Senior's Skate: Open to ages 60+yrs, helmets strongly recommended. No sticks and pucks.

Ages: Children 7 and under must have a responsible person 16+yrs directly supervising them in arena or on the ice with them.

Children between the ages of 8-11 must have a responsible person 16+yrs available in the facility.

Children 12+yrs can come to the programs on their own.
