• Yoga Sculpt Classes are a great way to combine the poses, stretching and holistic principles with a more rigorous strength-training workout. And at Yoga on C, we take Yoga Sculpt Classes to a whole new level
• YOGA ON C aim to prove to you that a yoga practice grounded in a renewed sense of play and wonder, will lead you to a rebirth of happiness and wellbeing.
• YOGA ON C provide Acupuncture, community style, allows space to gather with friends and family or to build community in a healing space together.
Treatments will include 30 minutes of relaxation and intake and needles provided by California Board licensed Dr. Samantha Purviance DACM, LAc. Please come in comfy clothes and be able to lay comfortably on a yoga mat, blankets and/or bolsters for up to 35 minutes.
