More About Us DEPOSITS & POLICIES A non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your invoice total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is 25% of your food and beverage minimum. Additional deposits may be required prior to the final payment deadline. 100% of the final estimated balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, along with a confirmed guest count. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. All forms of payment are accepted for your initial deposits. Personal checks cannot be accepted for the final payment. MINIMUMS All events are required to meet a food and beverage minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to date, time, or size of the event. Minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax, or rental items. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the Private Event Confirmation Agreement. A 21% Mandatory Service Charge and current CA Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage items. Mandatory Service Charge is taxable according to California Sales Tax Regulation 1603. EVENT DETAILS All evening events have a maximum time limit of five (5) hours; daytime events have a maximum time limit of four (4) hours. If additional time is required, arrangements may be made with our Private Event Department prior to the event. Additional charges may apply. All events must end no later than 12:00am. We ask you to confirm the total number of guests that will be attending at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of your event. Final menu selections, room arrangements and other details are due forty-five (45) days prior to your event id applicable. After you provide us with the final selections and arrangements, we will present you with a Banquet Event Order confirming the specific requirements of your event. MENUS All food and beverage must be provided by the club, unless otherwise arranged with our Private Event Department. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event. Please ask about our custom menus. No outside alcohol is allowed. If it is brought onto the premises, it will be confiscated. All food must also be consumed on the premises and may not be removed from our property.

More About Us FINAL GUEST GUARANTEE & DEADLINE Final guest count, menu additions, and rental orders are due no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event and will not be subject to reduction. If no final details or count are received, the menu will be Chef’s choice and we will base our order on the initial estimated agreement. SEATING Our banquet hall can seat up to 150 people. The adjoining garden patio can accommodate an additional 50 guests. Guest seating will be at round tables for 8 to 12 people per table, unless otherwise requested. Special seating diagrams with numbered tables are available if you are having assigned seating. Special arrangements with our Private Event Department are necessary if you require assigned seating. VENDORS Skylinks Golf Course requires that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all of your vendors that they meet these requirements. Proof of insurance may be required if they are not on our suggested vendor list. We do not allow outside linen or chair rentals. Vendors are guaranteed admittance to set up two (2) hours prior to the start of your event. We would be happy to provide our list of preferred vendors upon your request. STORAGE Please notify your vendors that Skylinks Golf Course will not provide storage for any event items. Therefore, all items must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Skylinks Golf Course will not be responsible for articles lost, stolen, or left unattended during or after the conclusion of your event. DECORATIONS Please note that decorations may not be affixed to the walls, floors, ceilings or furnishings of the facility. Glitter, confetti, rice or birdseed are not permitted on the premises under any circumstance. All candles must be contained in a glass enclosure. Sparklers must meet the approval of the Private Event Department prior to your event. DAY OF EVENT When your event day finally arrives The Private Event Department is present to do a walk through of the ballroom to make sure all of the venue specific items are complete. We leave after the start of your dinner service, which is when your DJ or MC and our Banquet Captain continue running your event.
