It’s Vacation Bible School Season Summer is here and many of our Blue Ridge Baptist Association churches will he hosting Vacation Bible School. June 15-19 evenings at Paramount Baptist Church in Hagerstown and Covenant Baptist in Shepherdstown. June 22-26 evenings at South End Baptist Church in Frederick. June 22-26 during the day at the Frederick Rescue Mission and Summit Trace Church in Frederick. July 6-10 evenings at Berkeley Baptist Church in Berkeley Springs and Summit Trace in Frederick. July 13-17 evenings at First Baptist Church in Hagerstown. August 2-6 evenings at Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville. 3-7 during the day at Smithsburg Valley Baptist Church. August 9-14during the day at Battlefield Bible Church in Fairplay. August 10-14 in the evenings at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in Rhorersville.
Funds this year are extremely low for our summer missionary program, because many of our churches are in a period of financial hardship, and giving to Associational Missions is down somewhat. Nevertheless, we are committed to doing our best to try to send summer missionary help to your church if it is absolutely needed, but you must call Mae at the BRBA office (240) 818-8760 - and let her know of your need. If any of our churches have a college or high school aged person who wants to work with VBS and various other outreach programs in BRBA churches, have them contact the Director of Missions ASAP at (301) 821-0370. We will do everything in our power to send help to those churches that have need!
