The project produces a "playbook" that standardizes Point of Sale Materials (POSM), fixtures, and shop-in-shop designs for all three brands. This ensures a consistent look across countries, harmonizing their visual identity. This approach boosts brand recognition and offers a seamless shopping experience, reinforcing their connection while celebrating each brand’s individuality.
