Legal Support Services Project Flow The US law firms and SKJ Juris adopt either of the following options for executing the project: Option 1: 1) SKJ Juris’ Project Management team creates an account in leXorbit project management
solution/ sets-up a FTP server for the US law firm and sends the login details to the US law firm’s Project Management team. (Note: For resolving IT and project administration related issues, SKJ Juris’ project management team coordinates with the US law firm’s project management team.) 2) The project data is uploaded by the US law firm’s project management team on leXorbit
solution/ SKJ Juris’ secured FTP server and instructions are sent either through leXorbit or by way of email to SKJ Juris’ project manager, as the case may be. 3) SKJ Juris’ project manager downloads project data and instructions and communicates
to SKJ Juris’ Team Leader (TL). 4) After perusal of the project data and instruction, TL seek further clarification, if
required from the US law firm’s subject matter expert (SME). (Note: For the project related issues, SKJ Juris’ TL coordinates with the US law firm’s SME.) 5) Project management team sets-up a con-call between the US law firm’s SME and SKJ
Juris’ TL. 6) Once clarity is obtained, TL guides the associates on the project and starts the project. 7) The finished project data is sent to quality checkers (1 and 2) and then passed on to TL
for his/her final approval.
8) The finally approved finished project data is delivered to project management team,
which uploads the same onto SKJ Juris’ FTP server and sends an e-mail to the US law firm’s project management team.
9) The US law firm’s project management team downloads the finished project data for
further action.
