Also on Thursday is an opportunity to see Confetti, a fabulous comedy theatre show from award winning Quick Duck Theatre. Unashamedly queer, Confetti is a celebration of the gay best friend – often side-lined in traditional rom-coms!

Skipton Library will host Lego Club where participants can unleash their creativity and build structures with colourful bricks.

Skipton Library will also host a Zine Making Workshop delivered by Scarborough
Zine Library, providing a platform for self-expression for young people. Please book a free place.
Craven Museum Make & Take | 10am & 1pm | FREE | Dr
At the Town Hall, Craven Museum will offer Pride Make & Take free family crafts where you can make your own flag and garlands.
If you fancy a night out on Saturday 8th why not check the Pride Map for details of venues that are taking part in the Pride Pub Crawl.
All venues included have signed up to the Skipton Pride Pledge to show they commit to being a safe, welcoming, and friendly place for LGBTQIA+ customers and staff. Read the pledge on the website.
Some venues will be decorated and offering promotions and entertainment. This includes drag acts at The Black Horse and The Fleese, 2-4-1 cocktails at Wildwood, live music at The Mess Rooms and drink offers at The Beer Engine, special pride cocktials at Two Sisters and The Venue.

This is an open invitation to young people to come and Get Ready for Pride at Skipton Town Hall! After the roaring success of last years event we will be moving into the Concert Hall with local young DJ Alex Lacey on the decks bringing us the good tunes to get us in the mood for pride.

On Sunday 9th July th
Join us to hang out, chat, make new friends and get dressed up (if you want to) for the Pride Street Party. We will provide (eco-friendly) glitter and face paints for those who would like to use them. Feel free to bring your own makeup and accessories too!
When you are getting ready with us if you are under the age of 12 please make sure you bring an adult with you.

Visit an assortment of food, drink, and shopping stalls at Skipton Pride Street Party!
Community stalls will include Craven Youth Council, SELFA Children’s Charity, North Yorkshire Youth, Skipton Step Into Action, Exclusively Inclusive, North Yorkshire Fire, YorSexual Health, North Yorkshire Together, Samaritans, Bradford & District Community Empowerment Network, Craven Mental health Support Team and Healthwatch North Yorkshire.
St Andrews Methodist Church will be hosting an informal time of worship at 5pm on Sunday 9th July, with attendance by one of the first same sex couples to get married in the church.
