A professor turned into management consultant

• Idea of green business came in mind for a client, he wanted 3EA to market his products, we invested in brand, later he denied to expand • We started alone and started growing • We had demand but no products so started production by force • Then we had more products and less sales • Started marketing and increased factories • Started online, exports and eventually launched our own retail chain of WoodKa studio • Studied consumer behavior and diversified product mix • Coming up with our WoodKa café and store and later ‘Woodka Retreat’ Confidential | 2020 | Version 1 | Page 8

Year-on-year, it found a sales increase of 2% for products with sustainability claims on the packaging and a lift of 5% for products that promoted sustainability.
