SK Commercial is, and always has been, a family-owned company. That’s how we got our name: S for the last name Scott, and K for the last name Kirbo, two families with decades of real estate experience who came together to build a business founded on honest principles. A business that could build up the city of Atlanta.

Since SK Commercial Realty began, we’ve helped countless clients take on projects and manage their property portfolios in Atlanta, the Southeast, and beyond. But even as we’ve grown—taking on new challenges in our industry, building our team, expanding our reach—we’re proud to say we’ve held onto the core values we began with.
Our company provides full service solutions, meaning we do more than help our clients buy, sell, and lease properties. In addition to brokerage services, SK also provides property management, project consulting, and investment services.

THE HENRY
A two-building high-rise development featuring 662 class A apartments, 60 luxury condos, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel with 220 rooms, street-level retail, and new pedestrian bridge to The Battery.

1200 CIRCLE 75
A new 10-story, 250,000-square foot office building visible from I-75 and I-285. All office suites are 100% build-to-suit, and the amenities include a penthouse with a 19,000-square foot overlook with glass barrier.

SILVER COMET INDUSTRIAL PARK
A 128-acre master-planned industrial park in Paulding County that is now pre-leasing up to 300,000 square feet. Located within one of the Southeast’s most dynamic industrial submarkets.

JOHNS CREEK MEDICAL
Newly remodeled, this ±40,000-square foot medical office building in Suwanee is helmed by Resurgens Orthopaedics and Atlanta Allergy & Asthma, with the remaining space occupied by Marietta Eye Clinic.

Our property management division oversees approximately 6 million square feet of space. SK manages 3.8 MSF of industrial space, 1.5 MSF of office, 404,000 SF medical, and 163,000 SF retail. SK property management provides the following services:
