Dear Customer,

SKARE Carpaccio is a very tender and rich in taste product. It is made out of strictly selected whole muscle beef topsides which are carefully hand-picked selected for its low intramuscular and total fat content by Skare Meat Packers.

The fresh beef meat is slowly matured so that the Carpaccio slices gain their characteristic deep-red colour, good bite and excellent tender structure.

Enjoy our Vitello Tonnato It is a well-known Italian dish consisting of cold slices of slowly cooked and roasted veal meat covered with a creamy tuna sauce. This dish has always been perceived as an ‘exceedingly elegant antipasto.’ The excellent meat is fresh and lean at the start of the -still handcraftedproduction.
