Carve and paint your own Green Wing Teal Duck Decoy. Receive complete training on carving a cork body and wooden head and instruction on texture painting with oil paints. NEW MOON GONG

The new moon is a time of New Beginnings, a time to reflect, renew and create space inside for a new cycle to begin. We will begin with some gentle yoga (beginner level) to open and prepare us for deep relaxation. This is followed by meditation and guided relaxation.
