Modular plastic plumbing 1” manifold system The plastic (PPSU) plumbing manifold assortment from Uponor has several advantages and has been on the market for some years. It is built out to connect to other systems and bring in more variations. Advantages for users and installers are significant, the modularity and the easy way to assemble and connect and design the installation, also to connect to present systems in a building there are several alternatives available for ½”, ¾” threads and to bayonet connections with the new components. The quality of the water is core for users also in corrosive water conditions. The PPSU material is ideal, well proven and approved for drinking water. Our documented usage of this system for corrosive water speaks its own language. The patent pending Uponor Q&E Manifold PPM 1” is approved by INSTA CERT and SINTEF.

Some example of the modularity The product range include manifolds with 2,3 and 4 outlets, as well as a single outlet version with either G½” or G¾” male thread. The pitch between the outlets is 50 mm. The single manifold can preferably be used for connecting other parts, such as Q&E Swivel nut 20 or 25 mm, valve solutions and other threaded fittings. The system also contains manifold holders for wall cabinets and wall brackets. Installation • Short installation time. • The parts are easy to put together. Only ½ turn is needed (unique Uponor solution with a light click function). • Can be disassembled if needed. • A number of installation possibilities. The manifold parts can be assembled in 90 and/ or in 180 degrees (the outlets could point at opposite directions or intermediate).
