2 We instill Gospel values.
Daily rosary offered by Campus Ministry
At the beginning of each school day and class period, students and faculty begin by remembering, “That we are in the Holy presence of God”. This simple reminder sets the tone and allows our community to reflect on the Gospel values in our lives.
We are animated by and foster a spirit of faith and zeal.
SJPII students serve in our community and demonstrate their faith daily. Students are required to complete a minimum of 25 community service hours annually, totaling 100 hours by graduation. There are many opportunities on campus and through campus organizations to dedicate service
3
We develop and maintain diverse programs meeting standards of excellence.
While the academic program at SJPII is anchored in rigor and relevance, it is also a reflection of the times and flexible enough to accommodate students. Teachers hold high standards, and adapt their instruction to the needs of today’s students.
4
We create and sustain respectful human relationships in the community.
Throughout SJPII, there is an emphasis on mutual respect that is exemplified in the teacher-student relationship. The student sees his or her teacher as someone who cares about him or her as a student and, more importantly, as a person.
5
We offer financial aid for those in need.
One of the five Lasallian principles is concern for the poor and social justice. SJPII is committed to families of all economic backgrounds, and families who require need-based financial aid. This aid affords students the opportunity, gained through admission, to attend Saint John Paul II Academy.
Soaring to Reach New Heights
