Halfway House

Facility specifically designed to help people with substance use issues, including those that want to reduce or stop their use

Community-based residential facility for offenders who have been allowed to serve part of their sentence under supervision in the community The facility seeks to ensure safe reintegration of offenders in society.

To be used when a client is sleeping in a vehicle. (e.g., car, van, truck) Client’s housing status will change to Homeless.

Used when client has not touched a service in longer than a month and their location is unknown.

Client’s housing status will change to homeless.

Used when a client informs an agency that they are leaving the community
