1. Max of 4 for each graduating senior that registers & attends TLC.

2. Chapter name_Lastname_Firstname_photonumber i.e.,1of4 or 2of4, 3of4, 4of4 respectively.

1. Upload bio max of 100 words in Word format not pdf. Seniors can use same bio template they used for UTH.

2. Upload headshot high resolution 300dpi jpg photos. Photos should be 4 x 4 in. Digital color photos preferred.

3. Use the same naming system Chaptername_Lastname_Firstname.

Conference AD Guidelines

• Please keep all text and important images ½” in from edges, or it could get cut off when printed the book.

• Ads must be in pdf or jpg format only.

• Name of chapter and name of individual purchasing the ad, address, phone number, email, and size of ad are needed at time of purchase.

• Full page ad color or black & white $300 should be portrait mode.

• ½ page color or black & white $200 should be landscape mode, Inside front cover $750.00, Inside Back Cover 650.00, Back Cover Sponsor or $1000.00 subject to availability.

Talent Show Guidelines

 The Talent Show provides an opportunity for teens to present their unique talents in the form of dance, dramatic interpretation, instrumental or vocal renditions.

 The talent show is not a judged category.

 Talent Show Participation Guidelines:

• Only one “act” per chapter.

• Maximum of five (5) participants per Team.

• Participation is voluntary – no chapter penalty for non-participation.

• Chapter Teen President and Teen Sponsor must sign Performance Compliance Form

Visual Arts Guidelines

 The Visual Arts display is not a competition but an opportunity to showcase the artistic talents of the teens. Chapters are limited to the submission of one piece of artwork. A photo and description should be submitted via the registration site. Only bring art items on site that are being donated to the Foundation Art auction.

 Mixed Media (the use of different artistic media, for example, painting combined with photography collage in a single composition of work).

 Pencil (Color Pencil) ~ Pen and Ink ~ Watercolor/Water Pencil ~ Photography ~ Sculpture.

 Fashion Designs from SER Teens are acceptable.
