Project of a suburban theme park in Germany, in the area of Berlin. The park is created on the grounds of an abandoned farm along an irrigation canal. The clients are businessmen of Belarusian origin, who are reviving the bison population in Europe.
The «Bison» Park consists of several facilities and zones with various purposes and themes. The main zones of the park include: glamping in the style of a Native American settlement, a food court and market square designed like a ranch, a zoo with pastures for bisons, an old villa with a spa complex, and a quiet relaxation area.
Additionally, along the main avenue, there is a children’s playground. A birch grove with photo spots has been planted on the canal bank, and the market square ends with a stage for concerts.
03 Steel Dream
The project offers a concept of a typical house for post-war city development. The concept was developed at the request of a Ukrainian manufacturer of steel structures. The houses are assembled from multi-layered wall panels and spatial ceiling structures, which are produced at the client’s factory.
The proposed construction technology using multi-layered panels allows for the building of both cottages with flat roofs and multi-family townhouses. The multi-family townhouse has two floors. The apartments are arranged around a block consisting of open staircases and a hydraulic elevator.

Each module (steel platform) has dimensions of 6480 mm by 5400 mm, with a ceiling height of 3300 mm. These dimensions allow for adaptation and reconfiguration, a system borrowed from mechanical engineering. For example, one of the modules serves as a night zone: the bedroom and children’s room.
Another module serves as a day zone with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and hallway. This scheme demonstrates the flexibility and versatility of space usage in modular homes. The walls, as well as the ceilings, consist of a steel frame and cladding and will be assembled on a conveyor.
The building is located in Zhytomyr, surrounded by forest and river. The main goal of the project is to create a connection with the natural environment and provide comfort for patients.
The proposed structure of the building resembles a tree: the central part is connected with the ground like a trunk, other functional zones and extensions, which expands out from the central part like branches.
The placement of the building takes into account key vantage points and aims to preserve the maximum number of existing trees. The canopies and terraces have openings for trunks.
An atrium with a skylight and panoramic windows provides additional natural lighting and the opportunity to enjoy the landscape. The sections are positioned at a 120-degree angle to increase the view from the windows.
Oxbow Lakes of Dnipro
Study of
Oxbow lakes are small lakes that form in floodplains due to erosion and sediment deposition. In large cities, such lakes play an important role in preserving biodiversity, improving the urban microclimate, and providing flood protection, and they have an attractive appearance.
However, oxbow lakes are subjected to various negative impacts, such as drying out, pollution, and transformation into swamps. Analyzing and summarizing scientific and practical experience will help identify the most effective and relevant ways to manage these areas.
To test the research results, a conceptual project for a residential area has been developed. The lakes are deepened and connected by channels. Along the shores, floodplain parks and recreational areas are organized. The residential area consists of several housing complexes,
where the adjacent territory gradually transitions into the coastal park. The housing groups are shaped like horseshoes so that the courtyards are open to the shore. The building heights gradually decrease to enhance the view of the lake.
Samara
The project is a resort located on the banks of the Samara River, inspired by the vernacular architecture of Ukrainian villages. The resort layout seamlessly integrates natural elements with modern design, offering a tranquil and picturesque environment for guests.
In addition to residential buildings with spacious verandas and rooflight, the resort area also features a restaurant, beach, boathouse, and swimming pool. The buildings are finished with eco-friendly materials and have panoramic windows to connect guests with the natural environment.
The project includes a quick-assembly pavilion consisting of two modules and a canopy that covers them. The pavilion is integrated into a new recreational area, which was created as a separate project. The area will be landscaped and equipped with various types of paving, street furniture, a stage, and playgrounds.
The pavilion has a multifunctional purpose. Initially, it will be an apartment sales center for the nearby building. Later, the pavilion will be converted into a small café. The convenient location of the facilities and functional areas will allow residents to easily relax and spend their free time without leaving the residential area.
