Sentiment Analysis allows you to potentially identify operational and non-operational problems within your hotel. Adjusting the sentiment does not impact your ranking, it will only benefit you as you’ll get a more accurate sense of what is happening in the hotel.
You can check this on Topic level (Staff, service, facilities etc) or Review level (all reviews).
Why should you check it now and then?
Below you seen an example where it goes wrong, there is nothing negative said here on room cleanliness, however, it is mentioned after “Bad:” and therefore the AI recognizes the sentiment as something negative.
When you see a mistake in sentiment analysis, you can create a ticket and assign it to Monika or Dado and they will adjust the sentiment. Make sure to add a note that clearly specifies what is wrong like the example below.
